胃泌素瘤2例報道并文獻復習_《中國普外基礎與臨床雜志》

目的探討胃泌素瘤的診斷和治療經驗。
方法回顧綿陽市中心醫院確診的2例胃泌素瘤患者的臨床資料，并結合相關文獻分析。
結果 2例均表現為難治性消化性潰瘍，CT檢查發現胰腺包塊，生化與病理檢測確診為胃泌素瘤。
結論對多發性、異位、頑固性消化性潰瘍應警惕本病的存在，以免延誤診治.
