目的：采用Rastelli術治療合并室間隔缺損、肺動脈狹窄、完全性大動脈轉位病人，探討圍手術期麻醉管理特點。方法：選用大劑量芬太尼靜脈復合麻醉方案，在深低溫、低流量體外循環下實施Rastelli手術并進行多指標監測和臨床觀察。結果：麻醉經過平穩，圍手術期患者生命體征穩定。結論：選擇恰當的麻醉方案，有效的心臟保護,保持酸堿平衡和水、電解質穩定是成功進行麻醉管理的必要條件。
