目的：為了進一步了解YAG激光在臨床對淚道病的治療情況,預后的觀察隨訪的結果,我們對所做的患者進行分析、總結。材料和方法:我院4月中做了96例淚道激光成形術,本文從臨床,隨訪等方面,通過寫信,電話,回診等進行隨訪、總結。結果:86例中單一部位的堵塞占67%，術后隨訪58%通暢。結論:淚道YAG激光對淚小管、淚總管堵塞治療有一定療效,能解決部分病人的流淚問題。
