目的：探討腹腔鏡診治附件包塊的有效性與安全性。方法:回顧性分析四川大學華西第二醫院2004年1月至2005年12月婦科收治的1356例附件包塊行腹腔鏡治療的病例。結果:手術適應證主要為異位妊娠、卵巢宮內膜囊腫及卵巢良性畸胎瘤，手術方式主要為輸卵管造口取胚術、輸卵管切除術、卵巢囊腫剝除術及患側附件切除術，手術成功率98.45%,無嚴重并發癥發生。術中發現可疑病例78例（5.8％），病理檢查提示交界性及低度惡性包塊共9例（0.66％），其中4例在腹腔鏡下完成手術。既往有腹部手術史85例，77例在腹腔鏡下完成手術。結論：腹腔鏡技術在診治婦科良性附件占位方面是安全有效的。
