目的:本研究分析了5·12汶川大地震后4周災區8～16歲兒童青少年的抑郁情緒及其影響因素。方法:在地震發生后4周，使用兒童自評的抑郁障礙自評量表（DSRSC），調查了1923名來自于地震災區和受地震影響地區兒童青少年的情緒狀況。結果:1923名兒童青少年中DSRSC總分大于或等于劃界分者572人，占總人數的29.7%。直接受地震災害累及地區的兒童青少年抑郁得分高于受地震影響地區兒童青少年；女性兒童青少年的抑郁得分高于男性；地震災區兒童青少年的DSRSC總分與年齡，震后被轉移至安全地點的時間，家人、老師/同學在地震中的情況呈正相關。結論:汶川大地震對兒童青少年的情緒狀況具有影響。地震后，兒童青少年的情緒狀況還受到性別、年齡等因素的影響。
