目的:探討黃芪顆粒對紫癜性腎炎的臨床療效,為本病的后續治療提供更多的藥物選擇。方法:對我院2003年至2008年收治的51例紫癜性腎炎患兒進行出院后的后續治療并作隨訪對照觀察。對照組根據病情酌情使用雙嘧達莫、潑尼松、中藥及對癥等。治療組加服黃芪顆粒,6個月～3歲:每次1/2袋,3～6歲每次2/3袋,6～13歲每次1袋,一天兩次,療程2～3個月。結果:治療組尿常規異常2例(2/26),對照組8例(8/25),差異有統計學意義(χ2=478,P lt;005);治療組腎炎復發1例(1/26),對照組5例(5/25),差異有統計學意義(χ2=1543,P lt;001)。結論:黃芪顆粒在紫癜性腎炎后續治療中有腎臟保護作用,可以明顯減少尿常規異常和腎炎復發。
