中醫藥防治腫瘤具有一定的獨特優勢。由于中、西醫藥防治腫瘤的機理和理念差異，盲目借鑒西方臨床研究療效評價方法不利于中藥療效的科學評價。本文從三個角度分析目前中醫藥輔助治療腫瘤療效評價方法突出的關鍵問題，借鑒生存質量校正法（QAS）的思想，提出體現患者個體動態信息綜合價值的中醫藥輔助治療腫瘤“二維一體（Two-in-One，TIO）”療效評價方法，為中醫藥輔助治療腫瘤綜合療效的科學評價提供一定的方法學支持。
