目的　比較八年制臨床醫學專業實施系統整合課程前后醫學生問卷調查結果的差異，以期為臨床課程體系改革提供反饋意見。
方法　連續兩年采用問卷調查四川大學臨床醫學專業2005和2006級八年制學生對整合臨床課程的看法，根據反饋結果相應調整教學措施后，比較兩年差異。
結果　共調查2005級79人、2006級78人，兩個年級醫學生基線匹配。統計分析結果顯示，2006級學生對整合課程的整體認知（χ2=32.924，P lt;0.001）和評價（t= –2.900，P=0.004）較2005級學生有所改善，且有更多的同學傾向于整合課程，但差異無統計學意義。
結論　系統整合臨床課程作為新生事物，雖然存在不足，但改革的思路和方向仍然受到學生的肯定，值得推廣。
