利用臨床技能實驗教學中心開展PBL教學探討_《中國循證醫學雜志》

目的　探討利用臨床技能實驗教學中心開展PBL教學的效果和意義。
方法　以中國醫科大學臨床醫學專業60名學生為研究對象，按照學號分為兩組，對照組（n=30）在普通小教室開展PBL，實驗組（n=30）在臨床技能實驗教學中心開展PBL，并充分運用實驗教學中心的教學資源。兩組由相同的教師授課，并采用期末考試和調查問卷相結合的方式評價教學效果。采用SPSS軟件進行統計分析。
結果　對教師的調查結果顯示，參與教學的8名教師均認為在臨床技能實驗教學中心開展PBL有助于促進教師專業發展，有助于緩解教室和教師不足的問題，同時還可以提高臨床技能實驗教學中心的使用率，促進臨床技能實驗教學中心教學水平的提高。對學生的調查結果顯示，在臨床技能實驗教學中心開展PBL有助于提高學生臨床技能和信息管理能力（P lt;0.01）。兩組期末考試成績總分無差異，但實驗組學生臨床操作技能題目的成績明顯優于對照組（P lt;0.01）。
結論　利用臨床技能實驗教學中心開展PBL教學有助于改善教學質量，提高學生的臨床操作能力和信息管理能力，有助于解決PBL教學中教師和教室不足的問題，同時可以促進臨床技能實驗教學中心教學水平的提高。
