目的　系統評價幽門螺桿菌根除治療對幽門螺桿菌陽性患者功能性消化不良的療效。
方法　計算機檢索PubMeb、Ovid、EMbase和The Cochrane Library（2012年第1期）、CBM、CNKI、WanFang Data，查找國內外采用幽門螺桿菌根除治療方案和一般治療方案比較治療幽門螺桿菌陽性患者的功能性消化不良的隨機對照試驗（RCT），檢索時限截至2012年4月。由2位研究者根據納入與排除標準獨立篩選文獻、提取資料和評價質量后，采用RevMan5.1軟件進行Meta分析。
結果　最終納入14個RCT，共計2 665例患者，其中治療組1 339例，對照組1 326例。Meta分析結果顯示：根除幽門螺桿菌治療在治療幽門螺桿菌陽性的功能性消化不良的臨床療效、癥狀積分及改善上腹疼痛癥狀方面均優于對照組，其差異均有統計學意義［臨床療效：RR=3.90，95%CI（3.08，4.94），P lt;0.000 01；癥狀積分：WMD=–1.68，95%CI（?1.88，?1.47），P lt;0.000 01；上腹疼痛癥狀改善情況：RR=2.84，95%CI（2.02，3.99），P lt;0.000 01］。
結論　幽門螺桿菌根除治療的臨床療效明顯，可使幽門螺桿菌陽性的功能性消化不良患者的消化不良癥狀積分降低，尤其是上腹疼痛癥狀得到顯著改善。受納入研究質量和數量所限，上述結論尚需進一步開展嚴格設計的隨機雙盲對照試驗加以驗證。
