英國衛生決策支持系統發展與啟示_《中國循證醫學雜志》

本文結合英國近十年來國家衛生信息化建設情況，重點介紹了英國電子醫學圖書館臨床路徑數據庫、NHS Evidence等決策知識庫資源庫建設以及PRODIGY、醫學知識地圖等臨床決策支持系統功能及應用情況，探討了英國衛生決策支持系統的發展特點與建設經驗，并針對我國具體情況，提出了促進我國衛生決策支持系統發展的相關建議，如應通過電子病歷將臨床決策支持系統與患者診療流程有機結合、全面加強知識庫資源建設以及建立本地化的臨床路徑等。
