目的　評價選擇性保膽取石術后口服牛磺熊去氧膽酸預防膽囊結石復發的臨床價值。
方法　將成都軍區總醫院2004年至2008年符合微創保膽取石術條件的80例膽囊結石患者按隨機序列表分為兩組，每組各40例。兩組患者均經微創保膽取石術后保留功能良好的膽囊，治療組患者術后口服牛磺熊去氧膽酸2年，對照組患者除不用服藥外，其余護理、飲食等與治療組相同。術后2年復查膽囊壁厚度及膽囊收縮功能，統計膽結石癥狀和膽囊結石復發率。
結果　兩組患者保膽取石術均獲成功。術后2年治療組和對照組膽囊壁厚度差值、膽囊收縮功能差值的差異均有統計學意義（P lt;0.05），術后2年治療組結石復發明顯減少（P lt;0.05）。
結論　保膽取石術后患者口服牛磺熊去氧膽酸對膽囊結石的復發有預防作用。
