卵巢上皮癌維持放療的系統評價_《中國循證醫學雜志》

目的　系統評價維持放療對卵巢上皮癌患者的治療效果和毒副作用。
方法　計算機檢索MEDLINE（1950～2009.12）、EMbase（1966～2009）、Cochrane Library（2009第1期）、CBMdisc（1978～2009.12）、CNKI（1979～2009.12）、VIP（1989～2009.12）及相關網站，納入關于卵巢上皮癌維持放療的隨機對照試驗。按Cochrane系統評價方法評價納入研究質量，提取有效數據，用RevMan5.0和SPSS10.0軟件進行統計分析。
結果　共納入5個隨機對照試驗，合計529例患者，其方法學質量均為B級。Meta分析結果顯示，全腹腔放療可提高卵巢上皮癌患者5年疾病無進展生存率（PFS）［RR=1.76，95%CI （1.13，2.73)］，但對5年總體生存率（OS）無顯著影響［RR=1.30，95%CI（0.96，1.76）］。全腹腔維持放療的毒副反應主要是腹瀉、腹痛，其嚴重程度與放射劑量有關。
結論　全腹腔放療可提高卵巢上皮癌患者的5年PFS，但對5年OS的影響尚需進一步研究。
