避孕藥具證據檢索的方法與策略_《中國循證醫學雜志》

本文從循證醫學應用證據和創造證據兩個方面介紹了避孕藥具證據的檢索方法與策略，指出應根據檢索目的做出選擇：若為應用證據，應根據證據級別的高低依次選擇不同的數據庫，用準確的檢索詞快速檢索相關文獻；若為創造證據，則應盡可能選擇多個相關數據庫，并采用不同的檢索詞全面檢索相關文獻。可根據檢索目的及檢出文獻數量把握所選檢索詞的敏感度與特異度。
