針灸治療臀先露的系統評價_《中國循證醫學雜志》

目的　系統評價針灸治療臀先露的療效。
方法　計算機檢索Cochrane Library（Issue 1，2008）、PubMed（1980～2008.3）、MEDLINE（1966～2008）、Ovid循證醫學數據庫（1991～2008），中國生物醫學文獻數據庫(CBMdisc，1978～2008.3)、維普期刊全文數據庫（VIP，1989～2008.3）、中國期刊全文數據庫（CNKI，1979～2008.3）和萬方數據資源系統（1983～2008.3），手工檢索7種中醫雜志，檢索時限均為1990～2008年3月，語種限制為中文和英文，按納入排除標準收集針灸治療臀先露的隨機對照試驗（RCT），參照Cochrane系統評價員手冊5.0.1推薦的對偏倚風險的評價工具進行文獻質量評價，并采用RevMan 5.0軟件進行Meta分析。
結果　最終納入8個RCT，共1 341例患者，其中5個研究質量較高，3個質量較低。6個研究的Meta分析結果顯示，針灸治療臀先露的胎頭倒轉成功率優于對照組，差異有統計學意義［RR=1.38，95%CI（1.20，1.58）］。
結論　針灸較之于常規護理或胸膝臥位療法能提高臀先露的胎頭倒轉成功率。
