Retroperitoneal anastomosing hemangioma (AH) is a rare and benign vascular neoplasm. AH is a rare subtype of capillary hemangioma. This case report presents the CT features of the retroperitoneal AH, while also reviewing the relevant literature to succinctly summarize the clinical, pathological, imaging diagnosis, and differential diagnosis. The objective is to enhance the understanding of the retroperitoneal AH among clinicians and radiologists.
