Objective  To summarize the research progress on risk perception among people at high-risk of digestive tract cancers, explore its impact on early screening and prevention. Method Through a systematic review, organize the research progress on risk perception assessment tools, influencing factors on risk perception of digestive tract cancer, intervening and promoting measures. Results Risk perception is a key factor affecting the participation of people at high-risk of digestive tract cancers. Effective assessment tools can be used to quantify perception levels, multidimensional intervention methods can enhance risk perception. Conclusion This review suggests that further high-quality research should combine with diversified intervention strategies, so as to improving the risk awareness of people at high-risk of digestive tract cancers and provide theoretical support and practical guidance.
