目的總結炎性肌纖維母細胞瘤的生物學特性，提高對該疾病的綜合治療水平。方法分析1例來源于結腸術后4個月復發的炎性肌纖維母細胞瘤病例的診治過程并復習文獻。結果結腸來源的炎性肌纖維母細胞瘤是一種較少見的疾病，單純手術切除存在復發可能。本例患者結合藥物治療，隨訪6個月，殘余腫瘤大小無明顯變化。結論結腸炎性肌纖維母細胞瘤手術切除后，需結合腫瘤的病理分型及免疫組化結果，選擇合適的輔助治療方式，并定期密切隨訪。
