目的　探討達芬奇機器人系統在胸腺擴大切除術治療Ⅰ型重癥肌無力中的應用價值和技術細節。方法回顧性分析2012年3～9月沈陽軍區總醫院使用達芬奇機器人系統行胸腺擴大切除治愈3例重癥肌無力患者的臨床資料，均為眼肌型（Ⅰ型），其中男2例，分別是33歲和66歲；女1例，年齡21歲。分析手術療效。結果 3例患者均順利完成機器人胸腺擴大切除，未使用輔助操作口，無中轉開胸或術后開胸止血，術中出血量5～10 ml，手術總時間95～138 min，分離時間26～80 min，未出現肌無力危象及其他并發癥。術后胸腔閉式引流時間3～9 d，術后住院時間10～15 d。2例隨訪6～12個月無復發。結論機器人行擴大胸腺切除手術安全可行，效果確切。
