選擇性肺葉切除術后肺漏氣預防的研究進展_《中國胸心血管外科臨床雜志》

肺漏氣仍是選擇性肺葉切除術后的常見并發癥。多數住院患者具有發生術后肺漏氣，甚至肺持續漏氣的高危因素。目前，預防術后肺漏氣的措施主要包括術前、術中（手術技巧、材料加固、胸膜腔縮減）和術后（胸膜腔粘連、胸腔引流管管理）三個方面，許多新近出現的方法已經用于臨床并取得滿意效果。
