醫學科技文獻臨床適用度的評價方法_《中國胸心血管外科臨床雜志》

目的　探討醫學文獻在臨床工作中適用度的評價方法，為臨床醫師尋找最佳證據提供便捷方法。方法　采用Delphi法確定評價文獻價值的重要指標，用層次分析法確定各指標的權重系數，進而制定醫學科技文獻臨床適用度的計算公式。最后，對公式計算的結果與專家對文獻臨床適用度評價的結果進行一致性檢驗。結果　我們最終確定評價指標5個：發表年代（X1）、目標問題是否被涵蓋（X2）、樣本量（X3）、試驗類型（X4）、雜志等級（X5），得到醫學科技文獻臨床適用度（Y），計算公式為Y= 3.93 X1＋11.78 X2＋14.83 X3＋44.53 X4＋24.93 X5 。醫學科技文獻臨床適用度公式臨床有效性的一致性檢驗結果顯示，用醫學科技文獻臨床適用度公式計算的結果與專家意見一致性程度較高（Kappa值=0.75，P＜0.001）。結論　我們研制的醫學科技文獻臨床適用度公式的實用價值較好。
