With the rapid development of pharmaceutical industry, cultivating interdisciplinary and integrated compound talents has become an urgent demand in this field. Based on the concept of interdisciplinary integration cultivation, this study systematically analyzes the current status and bottlenecks of pharmacy postgraduate education at home and abroad, highlighting deficiencies in curriculum design, practical training, supervisor collaboration and evaluation mechanisms. On this basis, a “four-dimensional integration” cultivation strategy is proposed, which includes reconstructing interdisciplinary curriculum modules, establishing diversified practical training platforms, building multidisciplinary supervisory teams, and reforming multidimensional evaluation systems, aiming to explore the practical pathways for cultivating compound talents that align with industrial needs. Furthermore, the study reviews the challenges and strategies associated with the interdisciplinary integration model for postgraduate pharmaceutical education, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical reference for promoting the reform of medicine education and cultivating high-quality compound talents for the innovative development of the pharmaceutical industry.
