隨著彈性髓內針（ESIN）在兒童前臂骨折中的廣泛應用，兒童前臂骨折ESIN內固定術后骨折延遲愈合或不愈合的發生率逐年增加，關于影響骨折愈合的相關因素目前仍存在廣泛爭議。如何有效避免相關影響因素提高兒童前臂骨折愈合率，成為目前兒童上肢矯形外科所面臨的難題。現就其相關影響因素作一綜述。
