癌因性疲勞（CRF）在結直腸癌患者中發病率高，其不適癥狀嚴重影響患者生存質量。當前國內對CRF重視不足，且國內外尚未得出CRF明確的發生機制。未來的研究中需進一步探索CRF的發生機制，完善CRF的診療與護理，以減輕癌癥患者不適，提高其生活質量。
