目的　探討硬化性上皮樣纖維肉瘤（SEF）的臨床病理學特征。方法　對2012年3月收治的l例SEF患者進行組織學觀察、免疫組織化學檢查并復習相關文獻。結果　SEF主要以細胞質透亮的上皮樣腫瘤細胞伴大量透明變性膠原纖維為特征，瘤細胞排列主要呈條索狀、巢狀。腫瘤細胞波形蛋白陽性表達，細胞角蛋白和平滑肌肌動蛋白陰性表達。結論　SEF是一種較為罕見的軟組織腫瘤，應注意與一些具有上皮樣形態和硬化性間質的腫瘤相鑒別。
